they are $25 for the pair. H3 is usually used in fog lights, or some aftermarket projector headlights. For the OEM headlights on a 90 Civic you need 9006 for low beams and 9005 for high beams.

I can get those applications if you're interested, for the same shipped price a pair. I'm just listing the H3s because I have them left over and I dont need them.
