Use 1 washer for every inch you're lowered. It kind of depend on the thickness of the washer but I'd use 2 in the rear first and if the wheel doesn't look straight to you then add 1 more.

Toe and camber are 2 different angles, but adjusting camber affects toe. I bet your camber isn't gonna be way off though, s-tech springs aren't that low.
