I've Had tokico RAK full coilover for about a year now after upgraded from Ground Control + Illuminas shocks, and they do wonderfully well. I've done many things to it, slide the car, bottomed it, super mad aggressive driving (when I was heart broken) etc, but it is still hanging there with me. So I vote for it, I've never experience Teins so I don't know.

But becarefully, Tokico RAK full coilover is NOT Tokico Illuminas Coilover. Tokico RAK full coilover = adjustable Height + adjustable damping, just like Teins. Tokico Illuminas Coilover = fixed ~ 1.5" drop + adjustable damping. They called it coilover, but no height adjustable at all. I had to find that out the hard way.
