Everything and anything.
Bottom-end I run an Eagle rods/Wiseco pistons setup and i'm very happy with mine. I'd say stay in the 9:1 Compression ratio range just to make good power even low amounts of boost. As far as the heads goes....I would swap in some mild~moderate N/A cams(LS cams are horrid, anything is an improvement), some stiff springs/retainers, and give it a nice port match job. Call it a day.
