As a reference, good quality sound deadening should weigh, if I had to guess, around .3 lbs per sqft. I would say to reduce a decent amount of road noise, you would probably have to use anywhere from 150-200 sqft, or add 45-60 lbs of weight, and remember this is pretty much non-removable.
