Neuspeed/Koni SP3 shocks and Ground Control coilover sleeves. Depending on where you buy the pieces from it'll run you about $850 to $900.
The good thing about this setup is the SP3 shocks are shorter than stock-replacement Koni Sport shocks which helps to increase suspension travel on lowered cars. They also have damping which works with stiffer spring rates. The spring perches on the shocks are removable, and the Ground Control coilover sleeves are designed to mount in place of the spring perch.
A company called Truechoice sells a similar setup of shortened Koni Sport shocks and coilover sleeves as their Phase 2+ kit. It runs about $1600.
