Let's see how it works. I've hit a few snags, mainly CEL #41, probably due to me trying to move the exhaust out of the way to gain clearance (which is a must) and hitting the OT sensor against something.
Also, my shifter doesn't rebound back to the center like the OEM did. If I come out of 1st, it rebounds to the center, but coming out of 5th it doesn't. Hmmm, don't know if I like that. Let's see how she performs in the coming days.
You should have called me to help you. I put that shifter in my teg a while back...it would made the process go a lot quicker. I suggest getting a set of poly bushings. I really think they made more of a difference than putting in a short shifter IMO. Lemme know if you need any more help.
