Be sure to have a strap or wire to hang the calipers, so they don't dangle by the brake line. Check your slider pins and boots. One of my boots was torn and the slider was frozen in the fixture. It took me some time to repair and it caught me by surprise, but I was smart enough to start the project (replaced rotors, pads, cleaned parts...)early. Give yourself a little extra time just in case. And yeah, the ratchet piston tool would have helped; I used a wide chisel. Good luck.
