walking is low impact.. running is pretty bad on ur back and legs if u dont run properly.. as for weight, i used to run a GRIP, and i was rail thin .. even tho i ate junk all the time.. but i was younger, and perhaps my metabolism played a role in that. h: eat a lot, small portions

i would imagine anything that raises ur heart rate would do well to burn calories?
