Seriously, if this is how your family operates, you need to get out of there. They can walk, take the bus or taxi....but no more driving for either of them, IMHO. This scenario is absolutely mind-boggling to me. Your parents must of had their lives in order at some point; why are they being so reckless now? Truthfully, I'm amazed your father can even find insurance coverage -- given the number of wrecks he's had. :shocked:

If I were in your shoes, I'd put my foot down on this. Take their licenses, and refuse to let them drive your car. I'd report them to their insurer, to the local law enforcement, anything it took to send the message that a) they are responsible for their behavior behind the wheel, and b) they have used up all their "second chances"; no one will cover for them or clean up their mess.

Bold, controversial action - IMO - must be taken.
