Can anyone tell me where to find the parking light power source? I have something that needs to connect to it to get power, and I have a red wire and a black wire.

I have a 1993 Honda Civic del Sol S. I am new to modifying my own car, so this is probably a totally stupid question, but I have to start somewhere.

The guy who sold me this car gave me a APC Speed-Glo gauge kit (part 202008) that he bought for it and never installed. I thought I would try installing it to get a feel for the car's layout. The instructions just mention to connect the red wire to the power source for the parking lights, which is as far as I got -- actually, the last step.
