the stock exhaust behind the cat is made up of 2 pipes, MOST aftermarket cat-backs are 3 sections, the flanges dont line up.
I'd suggest the same as him, find a shop to MANDREL BEND some like 2" piping with a "high-flow" muffler that still resembles the stock muffler (oval shaped, not chrome, dual tips) maybe finish it off with some 97-99 CL muffler tips. See if they can install a resonator mid-way, or even a second, smaller muffler.
I'm probably going to go that route really soon, my WS draws too much attention, it looks like a polished 55-gallon barrel under the back of my car.
