IMHO, skip the H22. The amount of fabrication needed to convert to the H's cable-shift tranny isn't worth it. Instead, I'd re-sleeve a B18B with Darton or AEBS sleeves, which can get you up to 2.0L displacement safely. Then do a minor P&P job on the head, forged internals, etc, and complete the turbo build up as you would for any built FI B-series motor. Then it's simply a matter of clutch, trans and drive axles.
Don't neglect brakes, BTW...if you're planning on 450whp, you'll need serious binders to stop the party. h: A cage would be a good idea as well.
