Sorry dude, this is in no way a 'new' idea. People have been doing LS/VTEC conversions for years.
It's not a difficult conversion, but it requires some drilling of the block and a DOHC VTEC ECU like a P72 (GSR). Including running of VTEC/VTEC oil press. wires run.
Do a search out here for LS/VTEC. you should get some good info.
