Default No engine in 94 LS, reliability a must, but haul ass factor very close second

Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to HAN and have appreciated it since I found it. I bought my first Honda in July 03 and bought two more Hondas and an Acura since then. Honda 4 life!!!

A few months ago I bought a wrecked 94 LS 5-speed. No engine/trans, seats, and hit bad in left rear quarter. It has the Thunder Metallic Gray that is exclusive to this year. I am currently a student in auto collision technology and decided nominated it for my project car. I welded on a rear clip from a non wrecked 98 GSR. Easier said than done. Off the subject, but everything went great (doors open and close like new). Anyway, now I have a shell with no engine or transmission. I am bent on killing V8 sports cars. I want a setup that is reliable enough to be trouble free for a 1000 mile trip, yet fast enough to kill Stang's. I have the p75 OBD1 ecu that is original to my car. Should I turbo a b18b with my modified chip or should I install a turbo H22A with an ecu from a different vehicle.

Stock reliability with turbo vs. there's no replacement for displacement with turbo.

Professional advice welcome. I appreciate any help. HONDA 4 LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
