however, cut stock springs would be very wrong only because they dont have the girth and strength of race springs

I can tell when I see a car with coilovers. It bounces all over the f'n place.

My car rides rough, but doesn't bounce

I understand that to you it might look like it's ok to cut because you still have more coils but you know what ????? Your wrong . The coilovers are made with a diffrent metal and are not made the same as OEM springs . They are made with diffrent metal to hold the weight of your car with less coils . When you but your springs your only hurting your frame . And take it from me this cutting spring shit was covered allready and I had the worst experiance with cheap coilovers that are basicly but springs you DON'T WANT TO HURT YOURSELF , OTHERS , AND YOUR CAR ! goodluck nice car .
