From what ive heard.

The header will fit on all models of integra, with a little help.

You couldnt use your stock cat unless you modified it but i wouldnt use the stock cat. You would have to fabricate a collector to accept the header (2.5"). So i would go with an aftermarket cat.

As far as making exhaust interchangable i dont know.
