With my ACT 6-Puck Unsprung i hafta....

When i'm driving in constant traffic, I will keep my left foot on the clutch enough to not engage, so at the instant i have to i can just hit the clutch and shift.

But if its open road or highway, i'll have the left foot on the footrest until i have to shift.
