Well... this is a toughie.

Your best bet would be to probably do the power brake thing, just launch at the highest RPM possible and try to get as much spin out of it as you can.

Try using the water at the track, or bring a hose out next time you're on your dad's property. Power brake and spin your way out of the water. Just be careful, however, since as Nathan (camaro guy) said in the other thread, water in the staging lanes is very very very bad.

I've recently read some stuff about power braking pulling timing to compensate for the extreme load the drivetrain "senses", which would make yet another disadvantage to doing it. However, I'm not so versed on the subject... pretty much all I know about it was posted in the other thread. I found it worked for my slow-ass, automatic, stock non-turbo eclipse. 16.8 instead of 17.0
