I don't care if you apologize or not. And just because she said she didn't look it up doesn't mean she didn't. Maybe she did and didn't find a satisfactory answer or doesn't know how to use a search engine. Or maybe she was confused by technical terms and was hoping someone could explain it better for her and she doesn't have anyone in her own life to turn to. Good job calling it like you see it, perhaps you should learn to look a little deeper.
