There's a difference between ignoring someone and having poor customer service. Granted, you didn't full-on ignore him because you did respond, but your customer service (from what I can see in that AIM conv.) was horrible.

I sell parts and deal with people on a daily basis. I would never have treated them like that on any level. jmo
