if you are a decent driver you can hit 14s pretty damn easy with a b18c1 in a sol. stuff like A HeadeR, intake depend on how much loot ya got...as far as a chip forget it..they are useless.
I would recomend a GSR airbox with a drop in KnN filter and the JDM 4-1 ITR header. you will be well on your way to low/mid 14s....maybe better? I dunno how much lighter the Sols are.
