Thanks for the feedback. I live in Chicago, so it's road salt central around here. Something I found on a Honda care website, is to remove the rubber strips that line the quarter panels, as they trap moisture between the seams. They then recommended you pour motor oil on the insides of the quarter panels twice a year. I've tried the bondo and naval jelly already. The car still has a nice finish as I always waxed at least twice a year, and it is only in the rear where it rusts, which seems typical. I've always noticed that Accords have this common problem, aside from power antenna's failing. So far mine still retracts and closes all the way (knock on wood).
