does it only rust in snowy weather?
my car was a florida only car and will probably continue to be so but i live next to the ocean, im the second owner on a 96 ex but noticed the plastic wheel well on the drivers side fender is broken and its exposing the backside of the back fender, should i be worried about it rusting out over time?
