Not sure what the problem with aftermarket exhaust sounds....I have a Greddy Evo catback on my 97 accord. I live in downtown Chicago and make as much noise as I possibly can. I drive w/o my front license plate on (illegal) too. Never had a problem. In fact, my car got towed yesterday (big F'n hassle!!) and they didn't even ticket me for no license plate!
