Just cut off the hangers and weld on new ones to adapt to your cars configuration. The inlet pipe is a bit high on the muffler so you might need to weld in some piping from the muffler to the axle section.

Well the RSX-S is putting down 160-170 hp to the wheels on the dyno stock. The muffler is more free flowing than the accord ones and as quiet too. Its still technically a stock part so the police shouldnt be on your ass about it.
