Default Alarm quit working after blue LED swap

Hi -

I had a friend do blue led dash conversion on my car a few weeks ago - he already had the circuit board (that goes behind ac knobs, ac direction buttons, etc) from another person's 5th gen, and had the lights all wired up. So, we swapped essentially.

Since then, my alarm hasn't worked. To my knowledge, every wire that was disconnected was reconnected - and i've checked all the fuses under the hood and all are well (are there any other locations for alarm fuses?).

I'm sure its not the remote, because when i disconnect and reconnect my battery nothing even happens, it used to trigger the alarm.

Is it possible something to do with my alarm was on the circuit board I swapped with my friend? I thought it was just one to control the LED's for the lights.. this has me puzzled.

Any ideas?

Thanks all.
