I've lowered about 7 hondas and the fastest procedure is to just undue all the bolts but leave the 3 strut mount bolts on top. Then unscrew the actual nut holding the strut rod to the mount last. It shoots out with some force, but not like at 100mph that everybody claims it does. You don't have to follow my advise but I've replaced all 4 springs and lowered down the jack in about an hour!!!! Try to beat that time.
I have done this also and it is not really a big issue... under the bolts on the bottom forks or LCA, aim the shock so the spring will stay under the car and turn the bolr ontop of the shock slowly and the spring will basically falls of with a little bang .. but still be carefull.
