So running OBD1 sets THE VTEC on D16Z6 at 4800rpm stock....right?
And running OBD2 sets THE VTEC-II on D16Y8 at 5500rpm stock.... right?

AND the ECU's are swapable between these two types of motors? depending on when you want VTEC to kick in. Which is better?(In lack of a more specific question)
