Bro your insurance company should give you there legal team and you shouldn't have to pay a cent for any of it. I got in a wreck long time ago and the person tried to sue me for 50,000g's they said Emotional distress and loss of sex, Even the hubby who wasn't even there said he had loss of companioship and loss of sex.
