WOW....Thanks for all your oppions. I really appreciate it. To clear up a few things:

1) I'll be 21 in Aug...so I'm defninantly over age.
2) I live at home for free. I've offered to pay rent ever since I was a junior in HS. They never did get back to me on that, so I kinda dropped it.
3) The reason I needed a co-sign, was because I didn't have a credit history. I've only had a credit card for about 4 months.

I realize your point on putting some $ toward a house. But I'm not exactly sure where I'm planning on living for a while. I'm at home now, but in the fall I'm going to be going to Griffin Tech in GA. I'll be living there with my grandfather, so I'll have the opportunity to save more for a house etc...
