Okay first of all if your #2 plug is covered in "black shiz" that means it's fouled and needs to be replaced. That's what is causing the misfire.

To figure out what caused the plug to foul you need to look at what exactly the "black shiz" is. Is it oil or carbon? Carbon will be a sort of flat black powdery looking coating; oil will be a shiny, slick looking coating.
