I think what Mr. Hyde is trying to get at is that if there was some way that a manufacturer did make a 20" wheel that would somewhat resemble the specs of a wheel that would fit an Accord, it would NOT be able to drive it on the road. More often than not, the 20" wheel would have a horrible offset, probably be too wide, with tires that are too thin for daily driving. So even though you could technically say that the wheel would fit, it's not ideal to have for daily use.
