While I don't disagree with you in most regards, I happen to live on one of the main drags for street racing. I get reved on all the time. I haven't engaged in a contest of speed in years. I'm not trying to make myself sound good or anything but I guess I'm in the "minority" in your "most of the people here including mods and admins" part.

One thing that I find weird though, back when I used to street race (when I was 18 or so) I never posted about it. I never had an urge to. I really don't see why I ever would get the urge to.

Then again, I also don't post about every part I install on my car. :shrug: Maybe that's connected, maybe not.

And yes, I agree that it would be _extremely_ easy to just say it happened at a strip. I can't control that and neither can anyone else. So far I've been called a communist and a Nazi in the past few days because of this rule. I find it sad that people have nothing else to do but get pissed because that can't discuss street racing anymore and instead compare the rules to governments/people who killed others in the millions.

Granted.. I am part german.. maybe part russian too
