I changed mine a few months back. they are so cheap, i doubt anyone would even consider rebuilding it. I changed the clutch cylinder, and the slave cylinder at the same time. I highly doubt there is any aftermarket (performance) ones out, if you flush the brake fluid out of the lines every few years, you should be able to keep clutch master cylinder for a very long time!!
