A "supple" suspension is almost stiff, but still allows for some ride comfort - this would be my current ride with Eibach Pro's and Tockico Illumina's at #5 setting (stiffest).

I totally agree, with my car I have it set to completely loose as a daily driver because I am on the interstate and straight highways a good bit. I am originially from West Virginia, so when I take the 13 hour drive home, I don't feel beat up at all. But if I want to take some twistys, just set the konis to stiff and hold on!!
