What it tells me is that HAN was stuck in a rut, and it took changes to make something happen.

Unless 20,000 people removed the Alexa toolbar all at the end of March, I highly doubt your above theory will also apply.

Oh you want more than a little graph you say?

Ok, here goes.

As you can see in the above image, we first started tracking on February the 17th. From February 17 to the 29th, we tracked 21,148 unique visitors, 53,114 number of visits, 1970833 pages, 6307593 hits, and 29.70 gb of bandwidth. The above was tracked for 12 days.

Now, for March, we are only tracking 7 days, which is almost half of the above tracked days, and 1731 unique visitors shy of hitting last month's numbers, 8043 number of visits shy of hitting last month's numbers, 301237 pages shy of last month's numbers, 1220011 hits shy of last months numbers, and 5.81 GB shy of hitting last month's mark. Again, this is all in 7 days, almost half the time it took last month's figures to reach this mark.

There's your evidence of increased growth. If you want, I'll even send you a copy of our stats after we hit March 12!
