Maybe your ignition switch

I had kinda the same problem in a accord i used to have. Car would start and everything, but blower motor would not work, stereo, and other stuff. I replaced the ignition switch and it fixed everything.

I figured it out by jiggling the key around in the ignition and sometimes all my stuff would work and then it would stop.

Maybe try jiggling the key, if your stuff works then get an ignition switch.
