DO NOT attempt to sleeve a block yourself. And unless the shop you take it to is EXTREMELY experienced and reputable, I'd hesitate to do that either. Just have the sleeve manufacturer do it and ship the block to you. Its the best way to ensure quality build... the last thing you want is a sleeve dropping on you due to improper installation.
