That's the correct method of determining horsepower.

The only problem you have is that the F20A4 as sold in Europe is actually rated for 131 lb/ft of torque at 4500 rpm and as sold in Japan is rated at 137 lb/ft at 5000 rpm.

How do you even have an F20A4? It wasn't sold in the USA.
