148 on a mustang Dyno is quite good for a GSR. Shoudl be about 159-161 whp on a Dyno Jet.

As mentioned above peak numbers don't mean much without other info. It is more a measure of gains than just power. Also peak numbers still mean very little. area under the curve will mean a faster car.
