He can sue you for however much he wants, the question is whether he'll win the judgement. It sounds as though he bought the computer though, so he does have a legitimate claim on it unless it was a gift or the court gave it to your sister.

I'd suggest getting a lawyer to at least go over your case...and all the stuff you see on Judge Judy is made for TV so I wouldn't worry too much about watching those shows.
