Ok lots of good info and bad info in here.
First, check that the spring is rotated till it is seated right. The end of the spring should butt up against the shock seat. Also were you very careful that you have the front sprimngs on the front and the rears on the rear? Different spring rates will cause different ride heights.
Next, there is absolutely NO bolt you turn to adjust camber on ANY stock Honda with double wishbone suspension. What model civic are we talking about? the 96-01 had what "looked" like tons of camber stock so lowering it will only exxagerate the look. Don't go by looks, get an alignment.
