I think ticketing for tinted windows is pointless. I'm sure there's something within a huge city like Chicago that deserves priority over something that somebody did to their car. 
talk about pointless ticket i got a ticket for having my parking permit hung over my rear view mirror. The damn thing is behind my huge broadway mirror and the popo said its obstruction of rear view mirror, when the damn mirror is practically covering it. But Im in Cali though and Cali pigs have always been dicks.
