^ i don't believe lower f/r tie bars are necessary on an accord. the accords in the rear already are pretty solid in back there unlike a civic or teg. also they are hard to see on accords due to the spare tire well and 1/2 the reason for the rear lower is looks. the front lower may be useful if you are a road racer, but i don't think it's necessary.

your best bet is f/r stbs and a rear sway bar (EX) or both f/r sways for (lx/dx)models.
