what are you talking about? rice is basically anything with rims in peoples views.. so you want your rims to look good right? same thing. i want my car to be like every other ricer in town (look good, not go fast) ricer is not just to look shitty.. people consider rice in different ways.

if you saw a car you liked that had rims, body kit, muffler... and nothing under the hood besides a filter.. but you LIKED how it looked, what is that? rice or nice? its both.. i want my car to look good but not go fast, thats what i believe rice means is all looks. like cars trying to look "fast n furious" and all that BS, thats rice, but some look nice as well.

also sorry i want the CF euros.. i hate the chrome ones... the CF ones are decent IMO for the accord. what else do i need to clear up for opinion wise?
