All the rest of you crack monkeys are wrong!

GSRs and LSs use the same OEM 4-2 exhaust manifold. It's just the bottoms that are different.

All B series engines are the same height except for the b16a, which has a deck height 3mm shorter. I do believe vtec and nonvtec oil pans are slightly different, but I thought it was the VTEC engines that had better header clearance.

The DC JDM 4-1 just plain hangs low, period. It is not a result of the engine it is installed on, but rather its design. And yes, they are prone to scraping but the only damage my header sustained was from a hasty tow truck operator.
