Last two class periods we were doing full body workouts. getting a feel for each machine in there. We don't have a barbell in our class, we have three machines with the pins that act as our benchpress.
So I haven't been able to lift nearly as much because by the time I get to one of the bench machines my arms/chest are already worn down from lifting on all the other arm/chest machines
When I design my own program next week, I'm going to do machines that work my chest other than a benchpress to start. the vertical butterfly, I think it's called and the rotary chest machines may be what I do to build up strength for a while.
