Don't bother upgrading the brakes.

A stock replacement is no sweat, go to autozone (or some other local parts place) and get some rebuilt 90-93 Integra calipers. It only takes a few hours, max. Be sure to bleed the brakes, you might as well flush the system out while you are at it.
