Default caliper help

first off, i'm a noob in the teg section.. my gal's 92 teg LS sedan has some problems with the braking system... went to the mechanic and he said that both the rear calipers needed to be changed cos they were both frozen... anyways, the quoted me $970 to fix it (change both calipers, rotors and brake pads)... i said **** that....

anywyas, i've been looking online and i found www.fastbrakes.com... they have the typr R calipers and rotors... and it mentioned that the bracket needed some modifications for the caliper to fit... anyone know how difficult this is??

also, how tough is it to replace the calipers?? i'm a noon when it comes to the braking system... if anyone is interested, i would pay good money for your help (need to be in Indiana).. thanx
